Responsibilities and requirement:
•Ensure Microsoft updates are applied to all systems deemed necessary.
•Ensure Antivirus patch and definition updates are applied.
•Required remote monitoring and inventory of the network(s). Monitoring should be robust enough to provide notification of failures, and or other desired information.
•Remote management / Support;
•Firewall/Switch configuration and management.
•Systems cleaned physically once yearly.
•Priority Phone Support 24/7.
•Remote work allowed and Issues requiring onsite support Same day support within four hours response.
•Travel involved when needed to other sites, mileage is NOT reimbursable.
